Las Brisas de Santa Fe

Las Brisas de Santa Fe is a residential condominium association located approximately 8 blocks south of the historic plaza in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico (less than a fifteen-minute walk).  It is composed of 29 luxury condominiums, 10 of which are timeshared into 510 intervals of one-week ownership each year.  The area is peaceful, and there is plenty of on-site parking available.

Each unit (1 or 2 bedrooms) is fully furnished, with kiva fireplace, a complete kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer.  Linens are provided.

Some of our units for rent are wholly owned units which are decorated in a more contemporary southwestern style.   Some have a sofa bed in the living room that can be converted into a queen bed.

We do recommend that you make your reservations early because there is high demand for our townhouse-style condominiums.  Relax in comfort and luxury after a day exploring historic Santa Fe.
